Terrible store manager in Birkenhead branch.. she was so rude to us .. we where there to purchase a bed and mattress from that store .. she wanted us to pay for the delivery while we wanted to pick it up from the store .. and when we didn’t agree she waved her have showing us to leave the store in a very rude way. .. we told her that is not nice to act with customers like that .I couldn’t imagine that such thing would happen in New Zealand .. but it seemed that she didn’t care ..I would never ever recommend anyone to purchase from that store.

I bought a queen size headboard from here and they delivered a king size. it turned up without a box and they said it was because it was a floor model. I called and spoke up someone who said he'd call me back, then never did. I emailed 6 times and called, text multiple times, no response. it's been months now. very disappointing and terrible service.

Terrible Service and products are not good quality. I bought a recliner from YNL and in less than a year the stitching started to come off. I called them to fix the issue but they said they would charge me to do that ! A more than $600 recliner and did not last even a year without tearing, despite handling it so well ( no kids or pets playing on it ever) They never offered to fix the issue and were least interested in customer satisfaction. DO NOT RECOMMEND !

BE WARNED! The Chinese woman at the Glen Dene store is terrible. She is rude, ill mannered and actually gets NO STARS for her bad behaviour. Shouting at the customer, I have never ever seen anything like this before in NZ or overseas. It is simply bizarre. All well if you buy and have no issues with the product. The problem starts when there is an issue with the product or you want to exchange or replace and that's when all hell breaks loose.

This place is a little gold mine. So much great stuff at great prices. We bought a bed but almost left with a couch a dresser as well. Friendly helpful staff. We will be back again sometime soon for sure. Thank you.

Fantastic furniture shop. Really great service. We've bought two beds/mattresses from here over the years and the quality is very good. Our last mattress wasn't quite right for us, and they arranged a swap without any issues. Thanks very much Louise!
