Another great transport hub in Auckland

Well-designed new station, always clean, well-let and spacious. Guards are always friendly when I pass through in the mornings and feels safe whenever I come back late at night. Take some time to watch the video in the entrance way which explains some of the design features - really worth watching.

Very difficult to transit from city to middlemore hospital, always not operating train on the weekends and waiting for bus for replace for 30min for one more station today

Recently upgraded train station which is now accessible for disable propel and has toilets and bus station linked to neighborhood places. Be careful during late night and early morning times. There are CCTV cameras operating all the time so it is safer.

Read on if you love Otahuhu town!! Racism is getting closer to our door step these days. Incident happening 3 times over me at this station. I believe the security staffs(some) and management should change their job if they don't take this review seriously. I have been yelled across the blocks by a female security year ago while having a school holiday trip with my kids trying to find out infos of how to get to town from this station. 2nd time was, I been approached by a female security rudely after being walking into a wrong area while having my day dream. Just recently my oversea visiting daughter was being shouted over a distance while taking her memory pictures by a female security guard. My daughter was very upset by this kind of attitude and she can't sleep the whole night after that. All my kids were born in Otahuhu and they school here too. Almost, I can tell all good and bad people in this town just because the area I live where everyone travel to town must go pass us. Here, it's not our goverment to blame but it's the long harbouring running companys that runs the system need to have a wake up. In 2023 we need to see some promising changes. Attitude my friends!! Your don't have to spoil people day just because you have a bad one, an overloaded job or an underpaid job. 'Friendly' is not in some people system too.

Not the best stop to have a train terminated on as I experienced today. The security guards there weren't helpful either as they mistook my location several times and told me to get on the taxi/bus service to Manukau. I had to wait for half an hour to get the next train which, luckily I wasn't on a time restraint.

Incorrect information on display boards. These are often inaccurate.Today they called out that the next train to arrive was a southern service so I rushed to get on. It was an eastern line service.

This is the most unfriendly train station to disable people stairs every where very difficult for elderly people to use this station with no escalator only 1 lift to platform if that isn’t working you can’t access the trains or even get out of the station no scooter ramp disable toilet always closed

This place is always clean. The guy who cleans this place is polte and is always doing his job great. He deserves a pay raise for sure
