According to Stephanie the lights you sell are a lucky dip, they might last 10 years or they might last 10 seconds. Ours lasted 10 seconds. No exchanges or refunds because it's not her fault.I visited your store on the recommendation of our usual lighting store as they didn't have the bulb we needed in stock. I won't be making that mistake again!

We purchased all of our lights for a new build. One of the lights for an open plan living was faulty and they were unable to replace. We asked could we bring the other one back as we would need to replace two the same. The answer was no you bought display items which are no longer stocked. I did not know I was buying display stock but the Manager insisted he told us even though he never served us. Customer service was shocking would definitely not reccomend.
