If you have a shop, regardless of what you sell, you should be prepared to help customers, not shrug when they ask a question. There were more staff than there were customers and I still got dismissed as though I had asked something stupid and obvious.

I took my granddaughter to have our booster covid shots. We did not have a booking but only waited no more than five minutes at the very most. I was impressed with the staff member who attended to us. She was quick but covered all the necessary details. We were in and out in 20 minutes.

Brilliant!!!Discharged late Boxing Day and needed prescription straight away. Only two 2 staff on, yet they kept an excellent pace handling prescriptions and and customer queries. No judgement or bias, these 2 worked wonders keeping calm under pressure as they were VERY busy that night.

A Huge effort by under pressure staff on a day that almost no-one else was open, dealing with walk ins, the phones and scripts being sent to them.My wife tested positive at 9am on the day .....a public holiday (Good Friday), by 2.30 pm the antivirals were delivered to me in the Pharmacy Car park (as I was still infected.)Well done, you have my deepest gratitude

The pharmacists is a young Indian man,I found him to be very rude and I think this pharmacy is treating customers differently from others. We are all the same,may be you should check yourself before you speak to people. This pharmacy is not busy every morning there are some days and it's quiet.
