Got my lashes done yesterday 26th June. Done by lady room4 and they look ok however my eyes hurt when i close them or blink, constantly watery now inner lashes coming off. The normal lashes i usually get they were out of stock, old set was removed no charged but they were pulled out no solution used. Came back saw the same lady she was very accommodating and rectified the problem. Simple fix.

Just came here an hour ago with my sister & cousin to do our lashes. We all got it done by one lady but didn’t know her name just had dyed blonde hair. It looked good but we were all irritated by it as it was stabbing our eyes. My sister got it removed as it was put under her eyelid while my cousin & I still have it in. We didn’t want it removed by her as the procedure looked like it hurt. She said that the lashes looked fine but it’s stabbing my eyes and irritating me & my cousin. We’ve gotten our lashes done multiple times at other places & we’ve never had a problem like this. The lady also kept scratching my forehead as she put the lashes on there but it felt like she was digging into my skin, my sisters saw that aswell. My eyes are getting puffy from all the irritation it’s giving me. I wanted it to get removed but after how hard she tugged the lashes to pull it off looked too sore so i’m just going to another place to get it removed but just wished I didn’t have to pay after how sore the results were.

I am actually really sad right now!! I’ve been a customer for years and I usually get sandeep (the barber) to cut my hair, today I got my haircut and honestly I look like a little boy and I hate it!! I showed him a picture and it’s not what it looks like! And I fly out to Bali on Monday and I feel disgusting!!! I understand it was busy but I just felt like he was rushing my haircut to tend to the others customers. So disappointed in my barber bro!!!! I’m not gonna come back anymore

Have loved coming to get my hair done at this place for a few years now! Affordable and they do an amazing job. My recent experience was with Mahesha who was lovely to chat with and did exactly what I wanted with my hair. 10/10 will keep coming back x

DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING EYELASH EXTENSIONS HERE ‼️This is my second time going here for eyelash extensions as my lash lady was away.First time i went there the lady removed my previous lashes and they were burning my eyes! I told her that it was stinging and she said to keep calm and that it was normal- ITS NOT NORMAL!!!!! She did not wash my eyes after the lashes were removed she wiped it with the paper towel. I then asked for volumes, the lady fully clamped up flares together and only took around 25 minute? Shocking! The reason why i went back here again , because i thought maybe it was iust that one time but NOPE! It was still the same, i can't even shut my eyes without them hurting, they had fallen off and when they do- THEY LOOK LIKE THIS! That is not volumes. That's just ripping people off.I've always gotten volumes from my lash lady and other places and it doesn't end up like this.Please save your money and go else where ‼️

My experience here is always great, they have good customer service , I always get my lashes done by Inder and she never disappoints! Always love coming here for my lashes 10/10 recommend viva diva.
