Never had to deal with support but price wise and comparing apples with apples this is one of the best value services around.

I use 1st domains alot. These guys are well priced, they are almost always available to fix any issues and are generally just really good to deal with.I am really happy to hear that there are plans for two factor auth for individual client emails. This will be a good point of difference between them and other domain providers. Well done team. Keep up the good work.My only constructive criticism would be the max 100gb email storage limit. For big organizations with say 20+ employees this can be a limiting factor without good in house management.

1st domains charged my card for a domain after the account changed ownership, would not reverse the charge even after saying they would reverse it. Then said they couldn't give me any information about the account since the account was no longer mine despite charging me for services for someone else. Not recommended. Basically they allowed someone to steal from me. I will be making a complaint to the commerce commission.

I've been with 1st Domains for over 15 years. I have several domain names.The customer service is always thorough, helpful and patient! Also awesome talking to a real person! Services are great and the prices are reasonable. I cannot recommend 1st Domains enough.
