Amazing Service and Customer Service by all staff that I interacted with.

Went in for a recall which was originally going to take 2hours but they managed to finish within 20min of me dropping my car in, so needless to say I was very happy to not wait so long. Staff were friendly and accompanying. Once construction is finished I think the service department will look really good!

Booked two vehicles in for a groom. Upon inspection vehicle was not cleaned professionally and damage was located. Not the service you'd expect from a Ford dealership. Nonetheless they dealt with our complaint adequately, no charge, free rubber mats and currently awaiting parts to replace damage. 3 star is for how they responded. We did not let them touch our second vehicle and will not return with our business again.

Very good service from polite and well-prepared people. Al remembered us and had the part ready that we needed to complete our WOF in good time.

Had my GT RSpec in to have a knocking noise looked at. After discovering a couple of issues the lads were onto it! Car now drives like new again. Pretty stoked with the service from Dan and his team at Capital City Motors

I made a mistake when I phoned the main number asking to speak to someone from sales. I didn't realise that it was the Lower Hutt dealership rather than the Paraparaumu one (which is close to where I live). I spoke to Chris - they has the exact car I wanted to test drive so I popped to Upper Hutt and test drove it the next morning. Chris made me feel comfortable - not pressured. I genuinely liked the car so Chris introduced me to Wayne and he sorted the finance just like that. Placed an order the next day - just has to think on the colour over night. Buying a car can be an overwhelming experience - but not here - easy and comfortable. As if you are amongst friends.

Total disregard for honest trading, just want the money and to hell with ethics. CEO agreed underhand sales tactics damage the company reputation but despite promising to 'put it right' did nothing. If you want to know why some dealerships give the industry a bad name, take a gamble with these guys.

All ways have something missing after taking my vehicle here.Once was a dip stick.2nd time broke my parking sensors and said they couldn’t book me back in for 2 weeks when they broke it.3rd time was a engine cover.And the guy who put it back on was abit rude.Wish I didn’t half to go back.

I went in on Thursday looking for a new car. I was easily able to trade in my 2015 Mazda Demio at a decent price to put towards a Limited edition Mazda 3.Tom who was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles along with Paul who massively helped me through the financing process. They made a great team and we’re always looking out for me as a customer.They are an asset to the Capital City Motors group, and I would highly recommend going to this branch of you are in the market for a car!

Awesome staff, very accommodating and not pushy sales tactics. As I drove the vehicle off the lot quicker than anticipated I am awaiting accessories to be ordered and fitted, given my experience with Stevens motors so far I imagine this will be quick and painless as has the rest of the process.Thanks team!
