Been disappointed for a week now, this branch is said to close at 17:30 but every time I come here at 14:30 or 13:00 it’s closed!! This ruins my day as I am not able to get my daily dose of Tank smoothie.

As far as Tank franchises go, the staff at this one are relatively slow and don't keep the place as clean as a lot of the others.Also, I was here at 9am on a Sunday and they were definitely not open.

It's Very difficult to find, took me ages. The taste of ingredients in the salad was different to every other Tank I've been too and unfortunately the poor girl was on by herself for the mid morning shift. Manager should have at least 2 on.

The store was not busy and there were maybe 4 staff and I was waiting at the counter for a good amount of time before someone even acknowledged me. I ordered two smoothies. One had the consistency of a juice and had what seemed to be plastic bits in it. I thought it might be from the pineapple but it was truly unedible. The other smoothie was the right consistency but lacked good flavour. I have ordered this same smoothie at other Tank stores and have loved it! But this particular store just seems to be lacking. Very dissapointed

Your typical Tank, just with loads of students lining up. The do a good job, producing good tank drinks at a fast pace. The staff are nice. It's pretty clean, but sometimes bees like to hang around the area, so if you're deathly alregic go somewhere else instead...

Tank is not a franchise I would call consistently good. This place proves that. The salad composition seems to vary in terms of generosity and strict adherence to recipes as advertised. Three times I’ve been there and I’ve ordered salads and they’ve been soggy and bits missing - and one was only half full. Hopefully they will improve.
