This was just a google search, that we stumbled on your store. We LOVED Florence.. with only a couple of hours to find/decide/purchase/collect, and then to return to Whangarei, she made the experience enjoyable, and we left VERY satisfied! Not knowing what/where to look, she listened to what we said, suggested, and pulled out samples.Was not pushy. I don't think we've come across many sales people like herself!. Shes a DEFINITE keeper! Thank you'

Popped into tile space for the first time to get some tiles from the ET branch, found the staff there to be very helpful, picked out a range of 3 x tiles. paid for them and collected the next day from their collection depot, Decided overnight to change to 2 x tiles when i got to the depot, Called up the ET branch and made the change over the phone with no hassle or fuss from their end which was great as i know that is a real pain etc. Defiantly my go to now for future tiles.

Super friendly service from staff who really know their tiles. I don't know anything about tiles or tiling so needed all the help available - and they provided cheerfully and promptly - Rare these days!
