As someone who has worn glasses for most of her life, I know how important a good optometrist is and these guys certainly fit the bill. The staff here are absolutely amazing and took great care of me, they even helped me with my first ever pair of sunglasses which have changed my life!I cannot thank the staff enough for the care they took into helping me choose the perfect frames and the speed in which my new glasses were made. I had an issue with the fit of my frames which after communicating with the team, was fixed in store which was great!I love that I can take my frames in any time they need adjusting and always find the staff really helpful and friendly.Also had an appointment to fit and trial contact lenses which was super helpful and encouraging for me being unused to and nervous about contact lenses.100% recommend Bailey Nelson on all fronts :)

I highly highly recommend this brand store. They have prescription glasses and also sunglasses. Many many of them are in trendy design ~ very good shape ~ wear even more comfortable than those big brand ~I was so lucky to be served by Issac ~ he is such professional! patient! friendly! (And good looking lol)Before I always purchase glasses in OPSM Auckland ~ service there is so uneven and the price is way too high! I am happy that I found this brand! Will definitely become their loyal customer from now on and forever!Good job guys!!!!

Experience of getting my first pair of glasses was great and really like the styles.Had posted a review of coming in to get a spare screw at the shop for one that had popped out and was told they didn't carry spare screws. Actually received a prompt follow up communication from the store about that information from the review and apparently I was told the incorrect info and very nicely offered to help me out! Great service and very impressed with their attention to customers.
