Paid for a drop in session was very Welcome , google open hours are wrong tho , this gym is only Monday to Friday!

Great atmosphere for training in general! Staff and members are knowledgeable and friendly. Good range of equipment for building strength. Affordable prices and coaches are flexible with payment options. When being programed, they set programs to fit your current fitness levels. I would definitely recommend to someone looking for long term strength or intentions on competing.

Popped in for a lift while in town. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most reasonable prices in town. Best euipped gym for powerlifting and strongman style lifting. Definitely signing up.

Knowledgeable staff, definitely not your local global gym, which is what makes this so fantastic! Barbells and squat racks, what else do you need!
