Only open for a 3 hour period once a week during lockdown and beyond. Leaves customers with no options if unable to go during that time, Hastings Kiwibank also the same. Terrible service.

I would have given this post shop 5 stars as up until last week I have only had brilliant service, but last week a lady in her 60s was so rude to me for no apparent reason. I was simply buying some stamps and she snapped at me to take my sunhat off (her reasoning being 'you're in a bank!') The worst customer service I had had for many years and I have a mortgage and many accounts with kiwibank.

Absolutely happy with the girls at counter this morning! Walked our migrant employees in to open their accounts and we were served by the girls without an issue! THANK YOU for making it less complicated for these workers to sign up! We’ve been to all the banks and got told something differenT every time!
