I really like this gym, great atmosphere, great vibe, clean equipment, and friendly staff, the only downside for me is those big blasting fans, it is winter, hello ... it's cold as it is, why would you have the fans going? Doesn't make any sense, especially early hours in the morning.

Staff and the gym are great. Personal training is available. I love it that it's close to the mall and public transportation.

The gym itself is nice, that's probably why it's so busy all the time! But the team that works here seems like they really care (or they're just good at showing it) about the facilities from my perspective. Always so polite saying hi and bye, cleaning the place, keen to help all etc etc. It's the little things!

Nice big gym with lots of equipment. $6.99 a week on a 1 year contract, other plans are available at a reasonable price and no contract 4 weeks cancelation policy.

Crazy busy during peak hours, it's ok during off peak but some times it can be unpredictable. When I went around 8pm one time the car park was so full I had to go all the way to newmarket cityfitness. Crazy. During peak hours no ventilation, the fans are never on and it smells. One of the machines was out of order for over a week. But you get what you pay for. Made me get a membership at a more expensive gym.

I wish staff members to take care of the machines and equipment as few of them have been broken over months now. Also, cleanliness is also because there were flees all over my gym bag after I put it around the areas for bags.

I like this gym. Great facilities, amazing lovely staff. I would give 5 star my only issue is 80% of the times I attend, the women's bathroom is always getting an industrial clean, and it takes hours. We have to use a separate bathroom but if it's occupied you have to wait or shower elsewhere. So for me it's bit of a loss for money and inconvenient for workers who need to gym and shower on the go. I don't know, if you could make available some of the showers whilst the cleaners are cleaning, that might be better than shutting the whole as bathroom off. Just a suggestion idk.

Definitely the best CityFitness in Auckland. You will always be able to get equipment, the staff are always cleaning the bathrooms, vacuuming or packing weights away (very much on the floor) and there’s a studio.
