I went into the Henderson branch to get my conch jewelry changed. while the assistant was taking one of the jewelry out she accidently dropped the ball piece into my ear, She said it would be an easy procedure to get out, but in fact it wasn't. I had to spend 6+ hours in the ER and then spend another 2 days with it still in my ear until I could see a ear specialist. I emailed the company and explained the situation. they did not get back to me until a week later and only reimbursed the Drs appointment. I Also got no further apologies.

Had my nose piercing done from them in July. The staff was very friendly, giving their time to the customers and the girl who did my piercing was very nice, caring and patient.Recently I visited them again as the stone had came off from the stud I got during my piercing. They replaced the jewellery with another one with no charges. The manager was very nice and helpful.

I meant to make this review earlier sorry. I came here about 3 months ago to get lobe piercings. The staff were nice but when I went to get them done, one was pierced higher and at a different angle. I asked my friend and she said it was noticeable. Friendly enough place but for $80 I probably won't come back.Edit: I'm so sorry my review sounded critical, I was checking the wording because I was worried about that. No no, I wasn't annoyed and the people were nice! I might get it fixed at another place though. Thank you.

My girl visited today to get her ears pierced. She can be very anxious but the girls that looked after her did a wonderful job and she left the store with 2 smiley earrings and a very big smile on her face. The store is clean and tidy. Would use Keen on Piercing again if there was ever the need.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced today, although I got there before they were about to close one of the staff still offered to still do it as I drove 1 hour to get there. The staff were super friendly and really reassuring to my daughter which was really helpful through the whole process and after. Would definetly recommend them for anyone best pricing and all staff are friendly, best service will be referring all my family and friends to go to them.

Cannot recommend these guys enough ! I got a piercing from a different shop and they messed it up quite badly so I was hesitant to get it done again but the guy there (diddnt get his name unfortunately ) made me feel so at ease and done an amazing job on my bridge piercing , will definitely be going back for any future piercings

Highly trained staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. Extemely clean and presentable. Excellent prices and a huge range of prices.Free parking at the Mall for 90 mins downstairs and 3 hours upstairs.Very busy on Saturday and Sunday after 12pm.
