Natalie and Tim were both extremely helpful. They helped me purchase my first home and walked me through the process step by step answering all of the questions I had. They are friendly and extremely efficient. They had no problems answering questions outside of work hours and even showed us the home on a public holiday. They both went out of their way to make us feel supported throughout the stressful process. Natalie even gave us a ride to the property on settlement day and welcomed us home with a very generous voucher for a dinner in town. I can't recommend them highly enough.
