With the heavy heart, I have to say this branch is not recommended anymore… The level of customer service has dropped significantly over the last couple years, and now they don’t even want to talk to you as their paying customer despite you won the auction.

As a non-alternativity option OK. Took 3 people to speak to, to find out that the damaged car part of turners are responsible for motorbikes (sounds not that nice already). Couldn't help it but it didn't trust anyone really. Bit a dodgy feeling. Kept me waiting, and seemed unwillig to deal with me. Rather then telling me what exact service they going to offer me I had to wiggle all details out of them. Waited 20 minutes for some employees to end there chat. But they done there job.Handed in my bike for auction Februar 2016.

Purchased a 2005 ninja motorbike from them and later I found out that the mileage in it wasn't genuine. Car jam shows the mileage at 60,000km and a year later at 45,000km. rang them and complained their answer was ah well it happens

Had a friend get ripped off, False advertising. They say the car is listed due to age and kms" but the cars have a whole world of problems that they do not list. Not even being able to view the cars before purchase due to covid makes this a day light robbers. Dodgy people

False advertising, Bought a car saying it was on here due to age and kms. The car is overheating, alternator is gone, and clutch is gone. What a joke. Abusing the fact people cant come view cars before purchase. Would not reccomend, Not happy

You're doing well if you get an email or text reply from a consultant, but when it all went horribly wrong with one purchase (a Turner's error) the manager was brilliant at working with me to get a result that suited us both.
