Absolute Marine

Ordered and paid online, waited a week for reply. No reply so chased up order. Don’t actually have what I ordered and can’t find anything for two months. No communication, offered a completely different product. Waste of time

Ordered on a Thursday and on my doorstep on a Friday which was brilliant timing for a trip out Saturday. Corey and the team were great to deal with and knew their product.

Agree with chief engineer and the yellow pages review. An absolutely shameful company to deal with. As soon as they were told one of there products had some issues they were suddenly very unhelpful. Wouldnt answer the ph. Would not return calls and even refused to sell me rope for there faulty winch! The sales manager wouldnt have the guts to talk about the issue. Coward!! Avoid buying anything from this company....you will regret it.

These guys are absolute champs, great customer service. I got plenty of great advice now I’ve got all the gear and slightly more ideas.

The service and backup from these guys is awesome - I very regularly shop here and have nothing but good experiences every time. Highly recommended.

Great service, I was looking for some stainless steel gas struts for months for a pool cover lid I was making. Absolutely happy with the product.

We regularly use the team at Absolute because we always receive fast and reliable service on everything we order no matter how big or small the order is. Corey and the team are always great to deal with. Especially on the seldom occasion there is a problem with a product or an order, they resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. We couldn't recommend using them highly enough.

Ordered an Anti-Syphon Valve and was fill of metal shavings brand new from the box. Made contact with company and got the old ok" with no offer of a replacement. Picture only shows "some" of the metal shavings bound for my fuel line."

I once had a problem but it was solved promptly and professionally. Customer service is great and friendly too. Would highly recommend for all your boating needs :)

If you had asked me to review Absolute Marine this time yesterday I would have given a 1 star.We bought our first yacht a month ago and since then have been busy getting kit for our maiden voyage.We have been ordering several items from this company - some were delivered ok, some items we ordered and paid for but were not actually in stock (something they need to address) and a refund was issued. The last item was despatched and signed for by someone proporting to be us (presumably a dodgy courier).Spoke to Coby yesterday who was I think equally confused as we were about what had happened.However, he said he would supply a similar (more expensive) item at no extra cost and despatch the item on overnight delivery.It has just arrived, meaning we can sail today.Customer service like this is rare. Absolute Marine are obvoiusy a comapany that prides and respects its customers and they will be rewarded with my continued custom.Thanks Coby.
