I contacted Roofbuddy to provide quotes for re-roofing work in Auckland. I received a phone call from Finn the next day who visited the site to get a clear understanding of the work that needed to be completed. The next day I started receiving quotes via email, and by the end of the day I had 5 quotes. The quoting process was super easy, professional and fast. Recommended!

Got one quote, which initially not itemised. Paid $200 for 10 minute assessment of work required. Roof Buddy have since contacted me and provided a very reasonable solution so we could move forward with the work requested which included a refund of $200.Update, unfortunately contractor's work was not satisfactory - gutter brackets spaced at 900mm should 500mm, down pipe along the house protrudes 260mm from the house (path is only 1 meter so not very practical and ugly), 1 x bracket cracked and 2 others fixings not completely fitted, guttering join leaks and rubbish left behind.Disappointing experience.

Summited the online form for comparison of roof replacement cost. The next day got phone call from the consultant and couple of quotes came through over 24hrs. Quick process and easy to get things done. Detail quotes and transparent. Highly recommend it isrstress free process.

Finn was excellent in gathering competitive quotes. We had an excellent roofer based on the North Shore complete the job and the complementary QA assessment offer gave me the reassure the job was completed within the manufactures specifications as quoted. Highly recommended!

I came across Roofbuddy at the Auckland Home Show and I was in the processing of having to get quotes to have my dads roof repaired for him. With the fantastic tools they have, I was so impressed that while I walked around the rest of the Home Show, Finn (who I dealt with) got onto it and there were several quotes from different roofing companies ready for me to look at by the time I checked my emails that night. I chose the one that best worked for my dad and I. I can 100% say the company that we selected was amazing. They offered excellent communication, brilliant workmanship and my dad was so pleased that his roof is now fixed and looks fantastic. Roofbuddy supported me while I made a decision on what company to select and were happy to answer any questions I had. Not having to call all the different companies myself was brilliant. The quote prices were also really good and nothing cost wise was a shock. All where within a realistic range that I was expecting. This made the process so fast and I cant thank them enough.

great company to deal with, they made getting a roof replacement much easier than I thought it would be. I had 3 quotes within a couple of days, without having to take any time off work. we picked a company to do the work, had a final site measure and the job was booked in. highly recommended.
