Was quite skeptical at first but desperate to get rid of pain. Xray and assessment straight away, great treatment plan. Took a few months to undo a lifetime of bad posture, sore neck and back but 100% worth every penny. Emma and her team lovely and professional, tidy and clean premies fantastic service.

Brett and Brody, and the team at First Chiropractic will take excellent care of you. When I first came in to First Chiropractic- I couldn’t move my neck, I couldn’t lift my arms, I was walking around like Batman, only less sexy. The team noticed my inflexibility as soon as I walked in, and were not only sympathetic, but they had the common sense to let me fill out my patient form at the reception desk standing up, because they could see I was so uncomfortable and in pain, I could barely sit up and fill out a form. After my first appointment with Brody, I could breathe and move normally again. He knew exactly what to do to fix me. I went to see him twice more, and I can honestly say that it’s the best I’ve felt, in years. I plan on following through with the plan Brody has drawn up for me to continue my progress and well being. Don’t waste your time suffering, head straight to these guys at First Chiropractic. They have your best interests at heart and will will take care of you straightaway.

All of the staff at First Chiropractic in Hastings are absolutely amazing. I have a rare Ramsay Hunt Syndrome and this is the first time In 5 months that I felt listened to and they truly helped me. They researched and took the time to help me and I’m grateful for that!! Highly recommend!!

After years of problems with my spine and neck resulting in lots of pain and for which doctors could not really do anything, I decided to try a Chiropractor. As I have a nearly 70yr old spine I was not expecting miracles and merely hoping for a reduction in pain. However, after just over a month of treatments, I am now able to move my neck so I can look behind me without turning my whole body. The constant headaches and neck pain are gone. My posture and overall movement have improved greatly as has my general wellbeing. This is truly a holistic approach to wellness.
