Summerhill Estate Golf Course
This is a beautiful privately owned golf course. The owners have kindly allowed the use of their golf course to respectful visitors for nominal fees. The golf course has stunning views of the Bay of Plenty, Major Island, Motiti Island and beyond, beautiful mature trees and fairways.

Great 9 hole course but be prepared for steep hills and blind tee shots! Would recommend getting a cart if you can.Tough playing it for the first time without any course knowledge but luckily we had a veteran with us to let us know where to hit.$25 for 9 is decent considering the quality and views you get. Clubhouse was great for a beer and light snacks after.Be aware there is no putting green for practice but there is a short driving range to hit a few iron shots. You can buy a bucket of balls to hit for a small fee.

A decent course that positions itself bending through homes, hills and to top it all off has a great view! It’s worth taking a round here for the sights!

Beautiful 9 hole course with a few short drivable par 4s. Greens were on the slow side but also firm. Some steep elevations on majority of holes; fantastic view from the 8th hole. Excellent service and friendly ladies in the kiosk.

A very pleasant course high in the Welcome Bay Hills. A well maintained course with a challenging walk. Only 9 holes but we’ll worth a visit. Finish off in a lovely little Kiosk for a drink & lovely snacks.

Nice little 9 hole course that’s absolutely stunning to look at. Plays quite nicely and easily, greens were slower than used to elsewhere, but maintained really well, course conditions as a hole were fantastic and for $25 for 9 holes it is well worth the money. Definitely a nice day out and will surely be back again.

Very well maintained golf course with awesome views. It's a hilly course so i would recommend a cart. Little annoying your hitting over peaks alot and not seeing where the hole is. Worth the drive up

Amazing views of Bay, well maintained course, immaculate greens. Fees were only $25 for 9 holes, cart $40. Well worth every penny.Customer service was very professional.
