Before my business engaged with FortifyIT we had some concerns around privacy and cybersecurity, this was due to my business having a few different contractors looking after our IT in the early days. Stefan and his team behind the FortifyIT support desk are responsive, friendly and thorough. You don’t get the normal log on and log off answers from them, they jump on and mirror your screen most times within 20-30 mins max, sometimes faster. They have a broad understanding of many facets of business and the different sectors in business. Definitely recommend FortifyIT from smaller business owner or large corporate and can safely say my business runs better now with with them on our team. Bonus too, whilst they know processes and systems are important there their logging a ticket process is quick and efficient. No annoying portals to log into with drop-downs that mean nothing!!
