Came to this place with such high hopes after seeing how aesthetic all the photos were, but unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience here.Firstly, the staff weren't very friendly and seemed almost annoyed that we'd interrupted their conversation when we came up to ask about the DIYs. The girl also seemed really unwilling and bored as she explained how to do it which made us feel quite awkward.The DIY I made literally didn't even last two whole days before completely coming apart, leaving me with just a handful charms (see photo). I'm really disappointed and upset considering how expensive the DIY was, and how unwelcoming the experience turned out to be.I thought the price was okay given there are unlimited small accessories, but the DIY they give you is so tiny that I was hardly able to fit the few charms I selected. You're probably better off buying charms and decoden cream from AliExpress for $2 and doing it yourself at home. Wouldn't come back again.

It's a great place for customizing phone cases. I made a Christmas decoration. It is pricy though we think it is worth it.

I have to be honest, this is much better the the last decorate store I went, that place was a totally disaster, I wasn’t planning to go any decorate stores after that, but my friend insisted, so I end up herethe staff is really friendly, taught us step by step, didn’t laugh at me even I think I made it so ugly, I am so bad at doing any decorate things, I know, is totally my fault, thank you for everything, it was a realllllllyyyyyyyy funnnnnnn experience, thanks

We went there to make a keychain that did not work. Staff were unfriendly and were very stingy. The key chain fell apart even after going in the oven, and they did not tell us how to attach the keychain to the project (because there is no way to attach it). This was 20 dollars wasted on garbage, I do not recommend coming to this store. Try and buy DIY projects from online, it is much more affordable and promising than this.
