Always great service and friendly

Ive had terrible experiences with shopping at smiths city gore. Bought a coffee machine...it stopped working. Took it in. 3 months later they called me in to collect. Stated that there was nothing wrong with it and refused to give me my money back. I simply said fine. Make me coffee with it and ill happily leave with it. Needless to say...coffee machine didn't work and they gave me my money. Next time i bought a surround sound system. Put it up and it didn't work. Took it in. Same story. Told me to come pick it up its fine. Took it home. Still not working. Luckily for me I then started dealing with Brent ( he's great ) he came to my house and confirmed that yes in fact it didn't work. He sent it to be fixed. It still doesn't work properly...but something is better than nothing. Then i bought a tv with a tv wall kit.....im guessing you know what happened next.....luckily I delt with Brent and situation delt with eventually.Ultimately Brent is great. Deals with things. But other than that, don't buy from Smith's city gore.

Went to look at bedroom furniture for a teenager. Found a set of drawers and ordered a side cabinet and will have them delivered in 6 weeks.Good service.

Very helpful staff with a good sense of humor

My favourite business too shop at in Gore.The staff are very friendly and helpful and your always greeted with a smile.Their knowledge of products is outstanding and they will go to any lengths too make sure there customers are happy and satisfied when you leave there.I have no hesitations in recommending this business.

Recently bought a lounge suite & a electric recliner chair. Fantastic helpful friendly service from John & Dave (hopefully got the names right)Got them delivered. Everything was good.

Great experience until they told me I needed to bring someone with me, to help me lift the $2000 product I had just bought- because they were short staffed... thought that might be part of the service

Wow great staff. Excellent shop got everything i needed and a little more. Great selection. Will definitely go back
