Laurie and the boys are very professional. They get booked up quick so need to ring to get the all clear. I just read a comment saying they were not accommodating which is totally opposite. I recommend A Grade to new customers as they don't tag on extra costs if they see a cheaper alternative. I have used them for several years and hope to stay loyal as well as considerate. Not sure why some people think busy mechanics drop there tools and deadlines. Keep up the good work guys See you soon for my next service.

I’ve had to visit these guys twice in the past few weeks for seperate jobs, both times they were able to squeeze me in which was a massive help.Both times I’ve been super impressed with their efficiency, experience and how humble they are about it.They don’t know it yet but they’ve just scored another long term committed client because of how they simply but effectively operate.Keep it up guys, hard to find honest mechanics these days.

Excellent customer service from a fantastic team!I was back in NZ after being away for a while, driving my car which had been sitting for a few months. The car broke down at the traffic lights right outside AGrade Tuning, and Laurie immediately came out to see if I needed a hand. He diagnosed the problem straight away, and was able to fix the car two hours after the necessary parts arrived, even though I could see they were quite busy. He and the team really helped me out while I was in a bit of a situation!

Upon arrival on early Saturday morning, before even inspecting the car the mechanic declined my car. Confused I asked why explaining that the 4 previous WOF inspections had been carried out here without an issue. After showing evidence of the previous WOF inspections the attitude of the mechanic changed yet still declining my car as they were “under staffed”. I was asked to come back tomorrow morning which I was happy to comply with as that was only fair. Upon arrival this morning I was faced with another mechanic who questioned my car yet again. Again I explained my self and the cars history and the attitude was changed again. I left my car with the mechanics for 15 minutes before receiving a call saying they can’t inspect it due physically not being able to fit in the seat. Confused I expressed my concerns as to why this wasn’t sufficient reasoning for declining my car as I had see the other mechanics operate my car without any hesitation. I was then rudely advise not to return to the work shop ever again even after calmly voicing my concern. I was then verbally abused and called remarks that made me feel absolutely appalled as a long time customer. Never had I thought I’d see the day from such a nice team. I will not be returning here ever again and I will advising others not to as well.
