I have had bad constipation for the past 5 months now and have tried a huge list of things to rectify this issue. Cheap supplements, changing to a vegetarian diet, meditation, colonics, drinking and soaking in epsom salts, usual home remedies of kiwifruit, prunes etc and nothing would work. I went to a trade show and decided to give Good Green Stuff a try along with the Vita Biosa probiotic. I have gone from using laxatives every few days for some relief to going once or twice daily. My skin has never felt so good and I have been recieving complements on how glowy it is.Highly reccomend The Good Green stuff.
