Music playing in the shop is way to loud. My wife and I was like nearly shouting at each other to hear. Asked the guy at the entrance if they can turn it down. He said he has asked the management many times before but they refuse. So I walked out buying nothing. Will take earplugs with me next time if I really have to go in there. Otherwise I will stay away

This place is pretty hit and miss. Recommend not going in if you have to be somewhere in a hurry as the service is non existent. I went yesterday and wanted to buy perfume, waited for 45 mins by the cabinet and asked 2 staff that walked past for assistance and they straight up ignored me and continued what they were doing. Also the security guard was is always on the phone and displays some very foul language - swearing. Asked the pharmacy to change my address on their file, third time the charm. They took my details every time but didn’t update. Very disappointing!

Train your staff at the counter to not charge people twice, 3rd time this has happened! Then trying to get a refund done takes another 15mins.

I picked up a prescription that was expensive and I had to confirm address which is fine . Then when I got to the register to pay for it I had to confirm everything all over again!!! Honestly how else would want to pay for my script

I recently had a disappointing experience with Chemist Warehouse when attempting to avail their price match policy. Unfortunately, their handling of the situation and their communication left a lot to be desired, resulting in a negative customer experience.I visited Chemist Warehouse with the intention of purchasing a specific item, which I found at a lower price on a competitor's website. Excited about the possibility of getting the item at a discounted rate, I approached the staff and requested a price match.They informed me that the item was reportedly out of stock at the competitor's store after they had contacted them.However, to my surprise, I discovered that the item was still listed as available and in stock on the competitor's website. Furthermore, I was aware that the competitor restocks their inventory on a daily basis (supermarket). This information led me to question Chemist Warehouse's claim of unavailability.While I understand that stock availability can vary and miscommunications can occur, it is disheartening that Chemist Warehouse did not verify the information thoroughly before denying the price match.This experience has highlighted the need for better communication and accuracy in Chemist Warehouse's price match process. Customers should be able to rely on accurate information and consistent policies when availing such guarantees.Don't rely on their 'Lowest price guarantee'... its only applicable when it suits them

Bought the wrong item accidentally, went to return or exchange for the right after 5 mins but was given the run around and told to go to centre place and get it exchanged. Drove to centre place only to be told I need to return it to the original store and they can't help. Absolutely pathetic and staff are useless

Very much disappointed with my order. Most important item was out of stock although selectable - no indication that this was the case. Foolish enough, to make up the order for qualify for free shipping, I ordered other items that I could have purchased from our local shops basically for the same price. In the end, the pharmacy cancelled the item that I wanted, but send me the rest! I won't shop online from them again for delivery!

Pharmacist gave me false predicted time of 20 minutes for script. After 1 hour I returned to pick up and pharmacist said the following Here's your script we cannot process as Dr signature absent. A question

I ordered online to have my goods delivered. I received my goods the next day..so pleased especially when we are rural. Fantastic turn around time. Thank you.

Today my husband went to pick up a prescription that was sent on yesterday from the hospital. When he said the name of the patient they didn’t hear it properly and got annoyed . I understand that misunderstanding regarding names can happen but that doesn’t give any permission to anyone to behave in such a way. And then they said the prescription was not there when it clearly came yesterday as per the date indicated on the receipt. To be very honest the staff was being very rude to us even when the mistake was on their part and still unapologetic. I also work in a customer based environment and surely i know this is not how u treat a good customer
