Puma addias nike and a couple of other brands. Great specials. This is pretty much an outlet store. Customer service is limited. Decent selection but sizes are not always availiable. If they do have your size you will get a good bargin.

Hands down one of the best Platypus stores for the amazing customer service. Great team there the last year or so. Will definitely be back as I always walk out with more than 1 pair of shoes and socks. Keep up the excellent work

Ordered online for pick up and received confirmation, later to then be told my order was denied with no explanation as to why. Customer service said it was a “payment issue” and to reorder the product now that the price had conveniently gone up $110. Absolutely disgusting

I came in on Friday the 5th of May and asked one of the ladies if platypus was hiring she was quite rude and acted like she did not want to assist. She had blonde hair ,coloured eyes and she was working with an Asian lady that morning.The blonde lady looked quite grumpy and her whole persona was quite off putting. Was not a really good experience off the bat. I would not want to work with someone like that.

The customer service here is the best I have ever experienced not to mention the amazingly priced shoes. Abbie is awesome! She makes sure you walk out of the store happy! Will go back soon.
