Staff very helpful, provided information and exact dimensions of load to be picked up,No trouble to load a difficult sided trailer, loading staff made adjustments with forklift and good to go. Considering the amount of items these guys move on a daily basis and the extra attention they afforded to my little pickup was genuinely appreciated. Great service thank you.

Forklift operators with finesse, food prepared by a Swiss chef daily and truck drivers that take pride in the pristine appearance of their truck.

Disappointing service from Owens. I understand it only involved one of their drivers so may not reflect the whole company. Had a large box delivered to my home, driver had two or three other items sitting on top of my box, I assisted him to unload my box and opened it as he drove away , found the contents to be damaged in two areas, deemed useless. Rang Owens, was bluntly told driver would return to collect the item, driver returned and denied any involvement in damages to the goods. Angry and dismissive. Had no contact from Owens regarding what happens next, it was clear the drivers load plan of the truck was inadequate and resulted in goods on top of my goods damaging them.

They were meant to deliver a big machine to our factory. They gave us a time frame. They didn't show up. We called, they promised another time and still did not show up. Then they said they were tracking their driver on GPS and could see he was fifteen minutes away and hours later still did not show up. Rachel tried to help and was friendly but they can't be relied on.

These guys let me come down and grab the tv I had shipped from over seas, really friendly and accommodating.

Terrible drivers, had one in Rakia on the 8-6-18 at approximately 0215 drive right up my ass, was clearly doing more than the posted speed limit of 70km then proceeded to put his lights on high beam. Pulled over and got the trailer rego of 5766L.

Left work today at 2.05pm..in a 50 km zone..stopped at the line..looked right..nothing coming..looked left and here is an Owen's truck passing in 50 km zone..passing a stock truck and 2 camper Van's.. he was so far over the line on my side of the road I had to put the car into reverse so he didn't hit me. This driver was in a hurry to meet his maker and he just about took me with him..quality drivers you employ

Owens B train going through ashburton at 8:55pm on the 25th June put the jakes on past cleavers corner bar. Deserves a pay rise.
