The crew at Downtown Dental are amazing - the lovely receptionist even helped with my wee boy when I couldn’t find a babysitter once. They’re always professional & do a great job of communicating & sorting out any teeth issues for my family :)

Roger and his team are professional, helpful and very nice people. I've been thrilled with my Invisalign treatment results and would highly recommend Roger and Invisalign. Roger has gone above and beyond to ensure that my treatment was a success. I am probably not an easy patient but Roger has adapted the treatment to suit my needs and I really appreciate his work. My crooked teeth are now straight and I can smile without feeling self conscious at last. Thank you Roger, Joce and your team.

Only ever go to Roger. He is very honest and personable. i tested another place and they basically wanted to swap my teeth out out for my life savings. straight back to good ol downtown dental.

3/2/2020 services rendered: I am from the US and was part way through a long cruise when I broke off half a tooth while flossing. The ship booked an appointment for me. I had no knowledge of this business. I crossed my fingers for luck hoping they would be competent and treat me okay since I would never be a regular nor could I refer any locals. WOW! From front desk staff to the dental assistant and dentist herself, I was warmly welcomed, professionally and compassionately attended to, and received excellent advice relevant to my circumstances of being in transit. I paid my bill with a credit card and it was forwarded by email. The cost was modest (far less than comparable services in the U.S.) and I received top notch care. I recently asked for the chart note and copy of x-ray to share with my dentist (and submit to travel insurance.) They responded fully within 24 hours and personalized the response by asking how I was doing -- as if I was a regular, valued patient! From start to finish, I had an objectively outstanding experience at Downtown Dental. I'm grateful my ship could make such a terrific referral. If I lived in Auckland, I would trust them to handle all my dental needs, make my family go, and urge friends to try them, too. I am grateful for opportunities to advise others of worthy businesses/individuals with the aid of the internet despite the miles that separate us.

I've been going to Downtown dental for almost a decade now. Roger is always willing to answer all your questions. Their new hygienist is also very knowledgeable.Kept going here not just because of Roger's dentistry skills but the warm and personable atmosphere you'll get from entering the clinic all the way to the end. Joce is one of the best receptionists I've ever met and really makes sure to make people feel welcomed and known. I stopped being scared of dentists when I started going here! Price is also comparatively reasonable !

I have never been very proactive with my dental health. It was only after the nagging of my wife (and her booking the appointment) that I made the first step. Roger made the whole process easy and made me feel really comfortable. He was friendly and professional and has started me on a good programme towards healthy white teeth and gums. Roger's experience and skills were obvious as soon as I sat in the chair, and I felt like I was in safe hands. I no longer put off going to the dentist and Roger and his friendly team at Downtown Dental have completely changed my previous aversion to the dental chair. Great service - would wholeheartedly recommend.
