The Wash House
Been coming here for years and always good, but today got ripped off $50 for a wash.Told them I would never be coming back.Beware, agree price before handing anything over. You have been warned!

I've been using The Wash House for over a year for my lovely linens and am very satisfied with their excellent service. It took a while to find a place that I could trust. They are very organised for customer service - quick response and flexibility. They pick up, wash and deliver my linens just wonderfully. Great customer service, really friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable. Just really wanted to make sure I had the best experience. Washing due for delivery and I'm expecting it to be great based on all interactions to date and recommendations I have received. Really impressed!

Absolutely fabulous service and lovely people to deal with. Helen and the team look after all the linens for my clinic in Newtown. I never run out of lovely, clean and folded towels anymore! Big shout out to Helens dad who often does pick ups and drop offs of my laundry....he always has a big smile and brightens my day when I see him

We love the service from Helen. She does great jobs. Always pick up on time and drop off promptly. Every time when we run big tournament, she always get urgent calls from us and have never said no to us. Every time when we left a message, she has always called back or picked up the bag unexpected quick, even on the Sunday. All the dirty towels and bibs are packed nicely and it always feels like we receive them by mum. Great communication and A+++++++. I am highly recommended the wash house (Kilbirnie). Good luck Helen and all the best to you guys! It's so pleasure to do business with you guys. Thanks!

Charged me $15 to wash and dry a small bag of laundry.which was only 1 pair of shorts, 1 pair of track pants, 3 t-shirts, 4 pairs of underwear and 4 pairs of socks, It didn't weigh much. They gave it back wrinkled not folded, just shoved back in my laundry bag. I also agree with the other reviews that there are communication issues. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Helen and the wash house have been so great! The always pick up and deliver promptly, my towels are always immaculate and folded, and she never gets annoyed if I forget and text a bit late about a pick up! Incredible prices too. So happy with this service

The Wash House collects and drops off my linen bag with clean & folded linen within 24 hours at the front door of my Clinic Room. Helen is great to deal with and is always punctual with her responses. Would absolutely recommend The Wash House.
