Had my wisdom teeth extracted here with Dr Jacky Lam. Very smooth process from booking to treatments. Good communication. Not much pain after the first two nights and healed in a week. The team is very patient and supportive to my concerns during the healing process too.

My experience with the palmerston north branch of Smile dental has been absolutely amazing so far, very kind and friendly staff there. I've had a couple traumatic experiences with other dentists in the past but haven't had to deal with any negative experiences with the team at smile so far, such a kind and understanding team, looking forward to the next time I come back! :))

Great service and experience - this coming from someone who hasn't had good experiences in the past which led to alot of time in-between visits. The dentist was made aware of my apprehension and hesitation visiting but needed an extraction, he made me feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. It was really hard to get an appointment at the Palmerston North Branch. Which was a little disappointing. However my treatment with the dentist I was with Dr Kevin Koay was exceptional. Outstanding manner, friendliness, great communication, explained things well, he created a relaxed environment, while being professional kind and caring.

So happy! No wonder why it's called 'smile' cause that's how you leave! Went in after seeing a few other dentist. Feeling u geared and sore. At smile I felt so relaxed. I was heard and explained what was going on. I ended up leaving with a huge smile on my face from the quick and painless procedure and amazing staff!
