I ordered some milkteas from Menulog and the order got declined from the shop despite it being 5:30pm and it closes at 6pm. I called them to see whats going on and the two girls who answered the phone were very rude and had a very bad attitude. She kept on repeating that the ordering close at 5:30pm as if SHE paid for my order and talked in a very condescending tone. Very bad service and will never order.

green tea sundae was horrible. full of crack ice. drink was 90% ice and 1 small scoop of green tea ice cream.winter melon drink taste like sweet syrup juice mixed with water.better order at starbucks which is proven quality

visit this bubble tea shop almost everyday! CHEAPER than other bubble tea shops in chch, the bubble tea style is so much like Taiwan bubble tea shop! Their pearls are just amazing, very chewy and good texture. REALLY enjoy their bubble tea.

I love milktea and love buying it from jels but they're making the most bland milktea ever right now. I've been having good flavoured milk tea (i always order either taro or strawberry) and they taste really good and flavourful. but they are just making the milktea tastes SO BLAND like i had strawberry milk tea 1 or 2 weeks ago and it taste really bland and today i went there to buy taro milktea for comfort drink because i am lowkey having a bad day and they made my taro milktea SOOO BLAND and it literally taste like water im not even kidding. I went back and said what the issue is, she made another one and made me taste the first one i had and the ones she made again and they taste the same. She said sorry and said thats how they make their taro milktea WHERE I LITERALLY GO THERE to get taro and they didnt really taste bland at all. I wasn't allowed to have a different flavour so she said i have to pay 50c to have EXTRA TARO POWDER/FLAVOUR. i got no problem on paying extra 50c but the fact that they make blant flavours tho, I CANNOT DEAL.

The best Bubble tea I've found in Chch so far. More than happy to buy from them. Amazing staff too, really lovely people who have never gotten a order of mine or my friends wrong before. They are wonderful. Highly recommend.

Had passion fruit mango green tea. Slightly pricy, $8 for a regular sized drink. The drink taste okay, contains mango bits, wasn't too bad, good on a hot day.

My sister and I went to have a bubble tea, it was my first time and she recommended it to me. I ordered the Taro and she had the Strawberry, they tasted amazing! Beyond amazing! I was blown away. I really enjoyed it!

Absolutely best bubble tea in town!! I went there soo often. Jelly and tea tastes amazing. Jelly or pearls are included in the price. Most of the time I paid $8,50 for a large tea. Love it!!
