From my experience it was bloody awesome. Exceptional customer service, friendly, helpful and professional staff, no unexpected additional costs or surprises, no pressure whatsoever, explanatory of all documents and I found the atmosphere to be very comfortable and welcoming.I went along for moral support for my daughter who was purchasing her 1st car. Terrible experience. I was sold a car that had sandblasting material all through the air box and motor. This was missed by me, the AA inspector and Portage car team. The motor lost compression and was un drivable within a week. A special mention to Saj, who dragged out the process for 3 months with constant delays. I was only offered a solution once I had applied to the disputes tribunal. I would not recommend this company due to its poor management and service they provided
