Turned up for 10 minutes early for the appointment and the shop was closed. I take some responsibility insulting new Zealand's beauty industry (many nz industries), which is exorbitantly priced mediocrity but I've never come across that. The 2 stars is an apology for my big city arrogance but a no show is the height of poor customer service. I'm sure the services are adequate but I'll never know personally
