We have dealt with Kim Clemenston as both a buyer and a seller. We chose Kim to sell our house is she is approachable, kind, professional and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy as a buyer and a seller. She helped us so much with ideas, dressing our spare room, advice and guidance throughout the whole process. She was extremely thorough and always answered tie phone. Her weekly reports were incredibly detailed and a joy to read. We would not look for anyone else if we decide to sell our house again

We used Kim Gordon to sell our home for us and to organise the sale of our second property in another area so we could bid on our next dream home at auction. Kim is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with, We did inquire with a couple in the area and found her in particular to be honest and forthright- no games. She also did a great job in the overall advt and booking appointments etc with potential buyers and made it very stress free for us.
