Gave them my wedding dress to dry clean. They gave it back with the breast cups completely ruined. They tried to tell me it was like that when I gave it to them. Didn’t offer any refund. Very disappointed as I paid $140 and it was worse than when I gave it to them. Very rude customer service. Will not return.

They charged us $145 for washing and folding our laundry, whereas other businesses have charged $30-$50.They also misled us by giving us a significantly lower quote over the phone. They scam tourists. Do not go here.

We were on a family holiday and We took our washing here on a friday not knowing they would be closed over the weekend. We were due to fly back the Sunday so they could’ve easily rejected service but instead they accepted the job and delivered our clothes to our hotel that same night. So helpful! Thank you team!

I wore my new cream Mac on the Luge…stupid idea!! It got filthy so I didn’t have much hope that it would get clean, but the staff went above and beyond to get it completely perfect again! Would highly recommend!

Terrible cleaning. Both of the men working front desk on the 26.04 were both rude and hostile to me (paying customer) and customers wanting to park at SPCEA. Utterly atrocious service all round.

These guys were absolutely brilliant. I took my old Patagonia down jacket in to get cleaned and re-proofed and I was blow away by their service. I was told it could be picked up the same day and when I received it the jacket looked brand new. Very reasonable prices too. Would definitely use these guys again for my outdoor gear/clothing.
