I've just recently had my eyes tested (although been a patient here for over 3 years) and always get the best service. From start to finish, Melinda and Debi have all the bases covered while making you feel comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else, top notch service from some top notch ladies!

I'm not the sort of person to give a top rating often, as I believe there is always room for improvement. In this case I would like to be able to give 10 stars, as I have never received the service I encounter with Melinda and Debi at any other place. Debi welcomes us each year remembering our kids names, exactly what we have been talking about previously, offers honest advice with new frames, and EVEN delivers to our house our new glasses when they arrive.Melinda has the same mannerisms and is always professional, friendly and we openly chat about our lives. Feels like coming home each time, and even hubby who is slow to praise, is happy to sit and chat. At my most recent visit on a Saturday, it was quite busy in store, and I heard Debi and Melinda react the same with every person who stepped through the door. What fantastic memories they have. I would not go anywhere else. Please do not sell the business Melinda, and Debi you are not allowed to leave. Thank you.

I would give 10 stars if I could, Melinda and Debi are amazing. They are very welcoming, provide above and beyond customer service, are knowledgeable and really care about their clients. I went there just to get 2nd opinion to get eyes operated on and ended up with a non working glasses.Having paid for glasses next day i was told they would be ready in a week.1 werk later,nothing,2 weeks nothing,3rd and 4th week go by,nothing.Ring on the 5th week and they havent even started the job.you know ho computers are" or something along those lines.i have a real problem with incompetence since an incompetent truck driver did a uturn in front of me and took my leg so i dont hold back.This kind of excuse may fly where you came from
