With the trainers who looked after you, teaching you the right posture and giving you encouragement to push hard are above and beyond. It's my first time to join a circuit training and I love it. Highly recommend it. The slogan itself speaks what F45 is. Team training

First F45 Traveller to the Dunedin CBD and it did not disappoint! Made me feel so welcome, like the family away from home! Coaches were super supportive and friendly… highly recommend this bunch for a fun workout if you are in the area! Looking forward to getting back!

Genuinely the best f45 studio I've been to. I travel a bit for work and when I'm in Dunedin try to make one of their morning classes here. The culture of the staff is outstanding and this rubs off in the energy in studio, always come away feeling stoked

The trainers at F45 CBD are fantastic!! They make you feel very comfortable and are so welcoming. They have all become more like good mates that you can have a good chat with than just trainers. The gym is a really friendly, positive team environment that I would encourage anyone to get amongst.

Dropped in for a few classes on a visit home over Xmas: What a great gym! Super friendly coaches with great knowledge and motivation, and fun community environment. I left empowered, inspired and feeling great! 100% recommend!

Ever since I joined F45 Dunedin CBD I have had nothing but a great experience! The trainers are amazing and always supportive in every session. My F45 challenge last year consisted of lots of great feedback and technique improvement which resulted in great results.
