I really enjoy Chris's classes. I used to go to a gym but didn't really know if I was using the equipment correct. With small classes Chris is always watching your technique and making sure you are doing things correctly. He's also pushes you to to what you are actually capable of. I look forward to going to thefriendly group classes and bettering mysel..

Best place ever to get fit and in shape. Small classes with a top notch trainer so you get plenty of personal advice and Chris challenges you to push yourself to whatever limit you want to go to! Programmes change regularly so getting bored is not an option. Great camaraderie in the classes too! Any admin stuff is always made easy by Valerie with super fast responses and help. Awesome people, awesome gym!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Exceptional trainerNot only Chris is knowledgeable in various exercise techniques, he also has a solid foundation in nutrition and kinesiology. Chris looks after and pays attention to everyone during group sessions, the sessions themselves are always well-structured, challenging, and fun.Any admin inquiries Valerie is super onto it. Her caring personality will make you feel very welcomed❤️.CALIBRE is really an uplifting little community, you'll enjoy it!

Love this place! Chris is a fabulous, and fun, coach and Val is super friendly and efficient on the ops and comms. I was looking for a local gym for a while, and can't believe my luck that we now have this available to us in the Bridge. Highly recommend.

I have been attending Calibre group classes for 9 months now and this is the longest I've been part of a gym as I usually get bored after a few months. The small classes with a dedicated trainer make them very effective and you get to have fun at the same time. Chris is an expert trainer and takes his job very seriously making sure everyone in class has correct technique, is challenged and helps you develop. Best thing, there are no burpees ever!!

I read that someone referred to Chris as a GURU. It is true, he really is!I joined Calibre being a bit skeptical because I came from crossfit where things are hard and fast. Calibre is controlled & heavy! I was not used to this, but fast forward 3 months and I now can hand on heart say, I wish I found Chris sooner. I'm stronger, lifting heavier and have found the drive and motivation to train 4+ times a week.I love what Val & Chris have created in the garage and the smaller class sizes means no one can hide - hahaha, but this also means you are going to get stronger, get better and get results.Val & Chris genuinely care about you as a person. You're not just another dollar to them. You become part of the Calibre family and they look out for you where they can.

Highly recommend Calibre Strength and Fitness. Chris is an excellent trainer. He is always motivating, improving your technique and pushing you to advance. But also happy to adapt and work around any niggles or injuries you may have. The small classes means you get lots of support from Chris but with a great bunch of people.
