I am a very anxious dental patient. I am from a generation that had horrible experiences with school dental nurses, which put a fear in me that has stayed with me to this day. But today my experience was the total opposite. Thank you Robyn. You made me feel at ease from beginning to end. The lovely ladies at reception are very kind and accommodating. What I love about having my dental care here are firstly the warm welcoming faces from all who work at Kowhai Dental, also the state-of-the-art equipment they use to diagnose and treat and finally the cost of treatment. I am writing this review to express my appreciation for the excellent dental care that I have received at your clinic. The people here are not only highly professional but also amazing at their job. They always provide a thorough service, and I am always happy with the results of my appointments.However, during one of my visits, I did encounter a problem with one of your staff members. They were unwilling to accept my previous dental records, which left me with a negative impression of the company. I immediately contacted the management, who took the matter seriously and assured me that this is not common practice in their clinic. They also promised that further training would be provided to the staff member in question.I appreciated the prompt and professional manner in which the management team handled the situation. It is reassuring to know that they take patient care seriously and are willing to take steps to address any concerns.Overall, I highly recommend Kowhai Dental to anyone in need of dental care. The staff here are highly skilled, professional, and always go the extra mile to ensure patient satisfaction.

Yesterday I had an amazing experience with Matthias and Ari! I had some very impacted lower wisdom teeth, which resulted in a complex extraction. I was very anxious about all of it, as I have a severe phobia of oral injuries. Having said that, they did an AWESOME job working through my intense reaction to everything. It was impressive that they were able to preform their jobs so well with how anxious I was. I was extremely numb and didn’t feel a thing, they very gentle with my numbing shots. I was walked through my procedure before, during, and after everything was said and done. It was a pleasant experience, and I would highly suggest this office to anyone! A huge thanks to Matthias for being so understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful for my visit!! I am on day two with only slight discomfort, no pain! 10/10 experience.

Renatta and her assistant were lovely. Renatta explained every step as she cleaned my teeth and gave feed forward to improving the methods I take to care for my teeth. Highly recommend!

The reception staff are always lovely and my Wendy literally saved my teeth with her vast knowledge and treatment. The only reason they don't have 5 stars is because I'd love to see something done about dentistry prices.

Every treatment we had was top notch. We are impressed by the expertise,knowledge and skills of the whole team.Everyone knows that dental work can be costly. At Kowhai Dental we always felt that the most economical options were presented for us to decide.Never felt pressured to go the most expensive way.Couldn't be more pleased.Thankyou Matthias.

Professional staff. Always on time. Excellent job reminding me of my appointments. As pain free as can be expected. Nice shiny equipment and people who know how to use it. Everyone involved truly seems to care about my welfare. Highly recommended

The staff are very experienced and extremely helpful - everything's easy to arrange and they are super friendly. Cindy the Dentist is a very talented and capable operator and highly skilled. She is also super friendly and lovely to deal with - practical and efficient with getting through my dental needs. My appointments are carefully managed by the staff and Cindy doesn't keep me waiting
