They have a habit of jacking up prices before sales (encountered this during black Friday and boxing day sales this year). Also, they don't price match either (I've tried multiple times and the manager keep refusing).We've found ToyCo to have better prices on most days (sometimes around 10% cheaper than Toyworld's sale price!)

Great shop- I like to visit it time to time. Always friendly staff that are happy to help with your shopping needs. Good prices and sometimes discounts too. The good thing is that they have a good variety of toys for all ages- you have plenty to choose from.

Amazing customer service! This was a while back, but I remember walking in around Christmas last year and was greeted by a lovely man at the door and engaged in conversation w him. The staff at the registers were just as lovely and had some laughs with them as well :)
