Both staff members were rude the machine to toast them is still broken same thing about a month or so out of stock of some veggies poor service won't be going back

We did not have a very good experience at our last visit. Was very slow, rude when asking for fillings and overall product was below usual standards. As has been stated by other reviews, understand the supply issues and staff shortages in general but disappointing none the less.

I ordered two subs online, one pizza melt, one smashed falafel. They were delicious. Both were ordered with Italian herb and cheese bread but I was given seeded bread instead. Funny enough the seeded bread was tasty, also ordering online can be hard because if they have run out of bread it is it possible for them to communicate this and that means they have to take a guess. In this case I was okay with the change but I imagine that other customers may not be so happy.Recently turned up and saw a sign on the window “closed at 4pm due to staff shortage” this is simply average.

The food was pretty good, however the attendent was unfriendly as you pick the ingredients. Not comfortable to come back.

Shocking experience. Only 3 choices of their bread.Their toaster wasn't working so could not have our food grilled.The girl serving you couldn't hear what she was saying. The toilet was bloody disgusting. The front windows were filthy.

We ordered fish n chips.... daughter wanted Subway. Get there about 8 pm... to a lady yelling at us through the door before we even opened the door!! She yelled that they arw closed at 8 pm and it's written on the door!! Well that's convient. I understand staff shortages and closing earlier. But don't yell at me when I haven't even entered and when Google States open!! Closes a 9 pm. Change it on Google!! OMG!!
