G & G Sweeps

Very unprofessional. Booked for a chimney sweep last Wednesday, asked for my address and said he wasn't familiar with the area but he would call me so I could explain where the new road is. On the day he had to cancel due to the rain - understandable. Booked again for the following week. I called him on the day to see whether he was still coming but rudely said he had been searching for my house for a while, couldn't find it so he left. Told him he had my number and that he could've called me instead of giving up and leaving, without even letting me know. I asked if I could reschedule as we are desperate and most places are booked out until end of June, he said nah sorry mate
