Beware: they don't publish negative reviews on their website.Bought a Petzl Tikka headlamp and after a run in the rain it became water damaged and didn't work. Staff refused to replace it and I wrote a review on their online website to alert others but apparently they only publish the positive reviews!

Rubbish store with very poor after sale support. Salesmen chase after you when you they want to sell you a product. Desert you need after sale support.

On the 2 times I phoned I received great service from both Chis & Jedd despite my many numerous questions. they were patient with me I am 100% impressed for sure . I went to Macpac Petone to get good quality boots. I asked for someone who knew about them. I was sold an inferior brand when I came to return them they refused as I had worn them once around the outside of my house.I expected them to willingly exchange them but they refused saying they were not resale-able.I felt ripped off and like they didn’t care.I have been a club member for over ten years. I hoped for better service.Buyer beware - get someone who knows about their boots. Very disappointed and surprised by the fast-sell approach and lack of follow through.
