Babysitting Queenstown

Natalia was our amazing babysitter, thank you so much for looking after our kids. She made them feel comfortable and brought games to play and engage with them. My son was very nervous to be left with someone new (he is 9yrs) but he absolutely loved her. Thank you so much, I can't recommend Babysitting Queenstown enough!

I was SO nervous to leave my 2.5yr old with babysitters in a foreign country. But turns out my nerves were for nothing!!! Lucy @ Babysitting Queenstown spent ages on the phone with me relaying my concerns and making sure I was happy, comfortable and confident to proceed. Then the sitters she paired us with (Regina during the day and Lana for the nights) were AMAZING. They were just like younger versions of myself and felt trustworthy from the get-go! My son bonded with each of them almost instantly. They were confident with him, and of course gave me the confidence to leave. He had an absolute ball playing with them, and during the day 'Gina' even took him to a play centre so he could play with other kids too! I could not speak highly enough of Lucy and the team she runs. Thanks babysitting Queenstown for making our stay even more amazing!!!

What a fantastic service! This was the first time we had a babysitter other than a family member for our 8 month old baby, while holidaying in Queenstown. Lucy contacted us within an hour of making the online booking for that evening and linked us in with Emily our incredible baby sitter. She was more than qualified and such a warm and lovely person to leave our little one in the care of. We felt so comfortable we booked her in for the following evening! Would recommend to anyone travelling to Queenstown with children.

I booked Babysitting Queenstown in Mid-February. It was for my 4 year old daughter for 4 hours so that me and my wife can go to Onsen Spa. My daughter has mild Autism, and we were really worried leaving her with someone alone. We gave all the info to Viviana. In a weeks’ notice she accepted our booking and she was the babysitter. She came with a big bag of toys and started interacting with my daughter. Kept her busy and we were able to sneak out. She kept us posted. When my daughter realise we were not there she got upset and Viviana took her for a little walk to the garden and my daughter was normal again. Their service is very professional and experience.

We had such amazing experiences with both Celine & Andreia! Both were super warm, friendly and great with kids! Our boys (5 & 2) absolutely LOVED both sitters and had the best time with each of them!Being slightly nervous booking sitters we hadn’t met, now we can not recommend the girls we had more highly! Thank you for making the experience so easy and we’ll 100% book again when we come to Queenstown next ☺️

We had the pleasure of having Viviana take care of our little ones (3 and 1yrs) for a full day, whilst we were in Queenstown for a wedding, and she was absolutely amazing.Not only did she show up with bubbles, balloons, games and more, but she immediately began interacting with the kids and they didn't even blink when we headed off.She kept in touch with us throughout the day and night, which made us feel totally comfortable knowing that the kids were happy. This ensured we were able to fully enjoy our time at the wedding and reception.I wouldn't hesitate to use Queenstown Babysitters again and truly can't thank Viviana enough for the care she provided for our kids. Highly recommend Queenstown Babysitting! We travelled from Australia and required a babysitter for our wedding day. We were super nervous as we just had to go off reviews online but we could not have been happier. Viviana was absolutely amazing, she came ready with 2 big bags of toys for a big afternoon/evening with my 3yo son and my 2.5yo niece. They both instantly adored her and the amazing energy she had. It was so easy for us to feel comfortable with leaving them with her. She kept in regular contact with us and provided constant reassurance. They still speak of Vivi and how much fun she was, we can't thank you enough.

I made a booking for a babysitter on 21/09 for the 01/12. They checked in with me a week before that date to confirm the booking and advised I would hear from them the day before with the babysitters information. I had booked the babysitter as my husband and I were eloping on 01/12 and we wanted someone to watch our 1 year old while we got ready that morning and hold her while we said our vows at a separate location.I hadn’t heard anything by late afternoon the day before so I called them to check everything was on track. Viviana got back to me and advised the babysitter assigned had gotten back from traveling that day and thinks she has covid. She then did a ring around and came back and had a babysitter who had an injured knee and wanted to sit and play on the floor with our daughter at the hotel which wasn’t an option because we wanted her at our elopement. Viviana then offered herself as our babysitter but not at the time we needed, it would have been 1.5 hours too late.I understand things happen, but it caused so much stress finding out late the day before that our babysitter couldn’t come through who was also going to be the second witness to our elopement.Another issue is if I hadn’t of called them to follow up, I don’t know when or if I would’ve been notified that the babysitter wasn’t going to be able to do it?Luckily, our celebrant was able to find someone for us last minute.

We booked through Queenstown babysitting and had a great experience, Viviana was super responsive and helpful with our questions. We ended up booking Linda for our 16 month old and she was fantastic, we’ve never used a babysitter before so were a little anxious but Linda was very friendly and put us at ease. Highly recommend!

I was nervous booking a babysitter online in a foreign country, but I couldn’t recommend Queenstown Babysitting highly enough. The moment we met our babysitter Carol, we felt at ease. She arrived slightly early, came prepared with toys and pencils etc, and listened carefully to all our instructions. We were in town for the marathon so we left our accommodation at 5:30 am while our daughter was still asleep, and we were worried that she’d wake up confused and upset that we weren’t there. Carol did a wonderful job. We came back home to a happy little girl who had made a new friend in Carol. We had a similar experience another night when we went out to dinner and Viviana was able to find a babysitter at short notice. Thank you so much for your great work.
