Ladies were great and know their stuff! Was able to reserve storage without the hassle of deposit and they even gave me a 50% discount when they found out that I only needed it for half a month! The rates are very competitive and after hours access was easy!

National Storage has good storage options, easy access to the units and is overall well set up. Unfortunately, they haven't kept up maintenance on their roof and they have major leaking problems in heavy rain. We had substantial water damage to out stored items and had to move everything to another unit ourselves. National Storage accept no liability for this kind of damage even though the issue was caused by a lack of maintenance on their part. If you're planning to store your property here, be aware that you may need to use plastic covers on everything in case it rains! Hopefully they'll get around to fixing their roofing soon!

Not impressed for numerous reasons mainly the container units were very difficult to open and close due to paint build-up. I moved to a smaller unit and asked for a cash refund. I was ignored and without informing me they added the excess money to my rental and therefore weren't allowed a refund. The code machine to gain access through the main door was broken and has still been broken for a month. Therefore at weekends, you have to walk to the other entrance and back inside to open it up.

Due to work I go to National Storage a fair bit. I always find the staff to be very helpful even when I have tricky questions or requests. They have a wide range of unit sizes available including some very large ones. There is 24/7 access and the place has full CCTV coverage so your stuff is safe.
