Not the most welcoming groomer.. but she did a good job.. quite pricey which wouldn't have been an issue but the customer service made us feel unwelcomed and a nuisance

Anything you are unsure of, you can ask the team for info. We also didn't realize that you can get a genetic test done on our puppy especially if you are unsure of what breed they are. Got told that you can do the DNA test for approx $150? or so and you can be told what breed your dog is if they are a mixed breed. Awesome customer service and will return again

It's been some time since I last visited Animates. It was lovely seeing the growth of the store with so much more on offer too. I have a new 12 week old puppy, a mini schnauzer. Can you tell me if you do puppy / socialisation classes?
