Threats of being towed before I even went near the store - was going there and also mummum store, who share the carpark. Not a good welcome.

I had an outstanding experience at the Citta Takapuna store today (Monday 28th Jan). I was served by two staff members that were friendly, offered advice and toke their time to help me find the perfect cushion covers. Both staff members did not push me into a sale. I cant honestly recall the last time I received such friendly and helpful customer service. Highly recommend! :)

Both staff are friendly.Every other 1 star review seems to be about carpark.-Can't understand why others can't understand, even when I was new in New Zealand with very limited English, I can understand no parking if you weren't going to shop there, and going elsewhere before or after shopping there is also a no no.Common-sense seems to be not so common amongst some.

We had an awesome experience with Citta. We were looking around for ages for some arm chairs that were going to work in our office and found some that were great at Citta, with the help of their team. They were the right amount of helpful when we were considering them. But what prompted me to right this post, was that when I came to pick them up they didn't fit in my car. So one of the team at Citta, promptly went and backed up her vehicle, cleared it out and delivered the chairs to our office. Really great service! Thanks Citta Takapuna!

Customers parking here can get towed, I would loved to have spent the $320 it cost me to get my car back for something in the store!

Stumbled upon Citta Takapuna today. Love this store and the staff most helpful. Great being able to park outside. I’m a local and didn’t know this hidden gem was there. Love this shop

Parked in your car park pre 10am open time and went and got a coffee pre going to your store. Came back to find flex Fitness had towed my car. Didn't get a chance to even shop here and will never be shopping here ever again with that car park policy.

Lost our custom, due to ageist Karens. Need work on how to treat customers in the carpark before entering the premises. Threats and calling tow truck as soon as we arrive was not appreciated. We will not be back.
