I was a new gas customer, had poor experience setting up with a competitor and was unsure of my options. Called Metro Gas and their customer service was exceptional! Reassuring and explained the service, very easy to setup online and was so thankful to get next day delivery. Just had my first replacement delivery and the delivery driver was also really great to talk with.

We just moved into a new place with gas bottles - contacted RockGas a week in advance but it was so difficult and unhelpful and we didn’t receive our bottles on the day they were supposed to be delivered. I phoned up Metro Gas and they delivered the bottles the next day! Metro Gas was super helpful and the service was excellent I would strongly recommend!! Thanks guys !

Customer service is amazing. Also good on price - just price compare them to the competition. If you were offered two identical products and one was $150 and the other $110, which would you buy? It was simple math for us.

Had never used bottled gas for the home until now, and the service from the time I phoned was impeccable, phone was answered immediately very well informed and helpful. Ordered the bottles got them next morning, really lovely driver thank you! Also the best prices I could find with best delivery days.
