Better Burger Customs Street
Had a really bad experience here. Asked for a double cheese, made the guy explain what was in it. He didn’t mention there’s a beef patty. Me and my friend are both vegetarian which we mentioned to him. I sadly for the first time in my life ate beef. After that he replaced it with a terrible mushroom patty. Everything about this place from the atmosphere to the food was really sub par.

Quite possibly the worst burger I have ever had (which is disappointing as I usually love better burger). I ordered takeaway burgers during level 3 lockdown. Firstly, the mushroom patty tasted like it had been sitting there all day. There was lack of fillings (one very sad looking piece of lettuce and a couple of pieces of soft red onion). Secondly, they forgot the fries.

Disappointed. When I work late in town I usually get Big Boy Burgers but thought I'd try this. This is literally how many fries I had in my container, and for $5 there were barely enough for 3 mouthfuls. Burger was okay otherwise would've scored a 1 star

Great location and speedy service! The self-service kiosk is a great facility to use if you're not new to the franchise. Featured is the small cheeseburger. I haven't had the mushroom burger in a long time so I think I'll be popping by real soon to see if it is still as good as I remember it. I'd be real excited if they had a fish burger on the menu - panko crumbed would be amazing for that crunch! Shakes are also one of my favourites. Sometimes the fries can be a tad too salty so I tend to douse them in the tomatoe sauce that's on tap.

Great burgers a little bit more on the expensive side and some extremely loud music. The place was a little bit dead but it was after the lunch rush. Was not impressed when I walked in saw no staff and rubbish sitting on a table. I will say the fries were top notch if you like them soggy.
